Proofreading that needed to get done today got done. I didn't finish washing the dishes, but turns out I didn't need to, so that's okay. Plumber came, fixed everything, and replaced the leaky outside faucet for free. I washed the bed linens, and will be forced to put them back on by the power of wanting to sleep on them. How is Gray Cat inside?! I let him out at 1am last night, at his strident request, before I went to bed. I don't understand this concept put forth by self-help books and therapists, of motivating yourself to do something you don't want to do by "rewarding" yourself.
